Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellations Cancellations made 7 days or more before the clinic date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic will not be eligible for a refund, for any reason. Failure to attend the clinic without prior notice will result in no refund. Weather Policy Clinics are planned to run in most weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe court conditions), the academy reserves the right to: Postpone the clinic to a later date, or Offer a credit for a future clinic. Only if the clinic cannot be postponed or rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. All weather-related decisions will be made with player safety as the priority and communicated via WhatsApp/email as early as possible. General By registering for a clinic, participants agree to this cancellation and weather policy. The academy reserves the right to make final decisions in the best interest of player safety and quality of training.
